What denominations are your members?
Heavenly partners have a wide range of members in almost every denomination, currently we have:
Roman Catholic, Church of Ireland, Presbyterian, Methodist, Baptist, C of E, Congregational, Protestant, Methodist, New Frontiers, URC, Salvation Army, Anglican, Community Church, World Wide Church, Church of Wales, Church of Scotland, Evangelical, Society of Friends, Elim Pentecostal, Church of God Prophecy, Brethren, Pioneer Network, Apostolic/Pentecostal, Assemblies of God, Christian Fellowship, Charismatic, Ecumenical, Free Methodist, Free Church, Lutheran, Independent, Protestant and Unitarian.
Will I find someone on your books who lives close to me?
We have members all over Ireland and the UK, with this in mind it is likely we will have someone near you. We understand that making friends is easier if you live near each other but we will always advise you not to rule someone out if they are not located close to you. We have hundreds of examples where our members have met their soul mate and initially, they did not live close together.
What nationalities are your members?
Most of our members are Irish and British although we do have people from all over the world e.g. American, South African, Afro-Caribbean, Indian etc. Our members must be living within Ireland or the UK to be eligible.
Why don’t you offer trial memberships and why are your memberships for a minimum period of 12 months?
Meeting new people and finding your soul mate takes time. It is rare that when we decide to look for a partner it happens overnight. Heavenly partners does not just provide the contacts for you to meet but also gives you the knowledge and skills to make new contacts successfully. We are not a ‘fly by night’ organisation and our memberships are a minimum of 12 months as our members are making a commitment to us and each other that they will not be ‘here today, gone tomorrow’.
What is the difference between the Silver, Gold, Platinum and Platinum Plus subscription levels?
Each of the membership packages are tailored to offer a variety of inclusive features, depending on the level of support you require. The frequency in which you receive profiles also differs but the amount of profiles you receive will not. If you have chosen the Silver membership you will receive four profile mailings, one each quarter. If you have chosen Gold, you will receive your profiles bi-monthly and if you have chosen Platinum or Platinum Plus, you will receive your profiles monthly. It does not matter which level you have chosen in regards to your profile, we will make sure your profile is circulated each month. Why do you have four different levels of membership?
We have carefully tailored our membership based on our client’s feedback. Each level has been put together to reflect the variety of needs that our members have and the level of support that is required. We offer such a range of services, not every member will require all of them. It also gives you the choice of how quickly or slowly you would like to contact people. Some people prefer to work their way through a larger list over a longer period i.e. Silver – over a period of 3 months, and some prefer to be much more proactive and receive their profiles monthly.
What level of membership should I take?
This is an almost impossible question to answer. We recommend looking at all of the membership carefully and decide which level is more likely to meet your needs. We are more than happy to discuss your requirements with you and then based on this information we can make an informed recommendation.
How do I join Heavenly Partners?
It is very simple, you can call one of our friendly team members on 015 314 997 or Click here to join online. You will be required to complete an application form (either online or via the post) and also send us a copy of valid identification.
Can you tell me how many members you currently have?
We are more than happy to discuss how many members who would be relevant to you. I would be no good to say that we have ‘x’ amount of members, you then decide to join but then we only have a few that meet your age criteria. Our membership numbers are also constantly changing on a daily basis with new member joining and successful relationships being forged. Please feel free to call one of a friendly team on 015 314 997
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes you can! Just give us a call on 015 314 997 and we can arrange this for you.
How do I end my membership?
You can end your membership at any time by contacting us by telephone 015 314 997 email or post to advise us this is what you would like to do. Please be aware that your membership is for a minimum term of 12 months and if you wish to and your membership, any subscription payments will be due until your 12 months has finished. You must also give us a minimum of 30 days cancellation notice.
Can I put my membership on hold?
You can put your membership on hold and then reinstate your membership as long as you are still within your membership year. Should you wish to do this, please contact us by telephone 015 314 997, post or email.
Do you give refunds?
Our terms and conditions state that we have a no-refund policy. Our terms and conditions are readily available and upon joining, all members must agree to our terms and conditions. We will only give refunds in exceptional circumstances and only considered after a full years membership. It is rare you will find an introduction agency that does so this is not just us being mean!
The common request for a refund is ‘no-one contacted me’. We send you profile and expect you to be pro-active and not just sit and wait to be contacted. If everyone sat waiting to be contacted there would be no contact at all! If you choose not to contact anyone, this is beyond our control.
What is your bespoke service?
We are able to offer a few members an individual and bespoke package to meet specific requirements you may have. It could be that you lack confidence or just don’t have the time. You can call our friendly team to discuss your requirements on 015 314 997 and we can then tailor a package to suit your exacting requirements.
